【上海方工】中央空調係統水力平衡調節過程

對於目前絕大部分的暖通空調水係統,對係統進行調節,應使所有的水力平衡閥同時達到設計流量。係統水力平衡聯調的具體步驟如下:
1)將jiang係xi統tong中zhong的de斷duan流liu閥fa和he水shui力li平ping衡heng閥fa全quan部bu調tiao至zhi全quan開kai位wei置zhi,對dui於yu其qi它ta的de動dong態tai閥fa門men也ye將jiang其qi調tiao至zhi最zui大da位wei置zhi,例li如ru,對dui於yu散san熱re器qi溫wen控kong閥fa必bi須xu將jiang溫wen控kong頭tou卸xie下xia或huo將jiang其qi設she定ding為wei最zui大da開kai度du位wei置zhi;
2)對水力平衡閥進行分組及編號:按一級並聯閥組1~6、二級並聯閥組I、係統主閥G順序進行;
3)測量水力平衡閥V1~V18的實際流量Q時,並計算出流量比q=Q實/Q設計;
4)對每一個並聯閥組內的水力平衡閥的流量比進行分析,例如,對一級並聯閥組1的水力平衡閥V1~V3的流量比進行分析,假設q1<q2<q3,則取水力平衡閥v1為基準閥,先調節v2,使q1=q2,再調節v3,使q1=q3,則q1=q2=q3;
5)按步驟4)對一級並聯閥組2~6分別進行調節,從而使各一級並聯閥組內的水力平衡閥的流量比均相等;
6)測量二級並聯閥組I內水力平衡閥G1~G6的實際流量,並計算出流量比Q1-Q6;
7)調節係統主閥G,使G的實際流量等於設計流量。
